1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the SecurityAndTrust.io website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and S&T Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Utah limited liability company.
2. Description of Services
SecurityAndTrust.io provides information about our cybersecurity advisory services, including virtual CISO (vCISO), compliance advisory, and security program development. The Site also offers the ability to request consultations and, with your consent, receive SMS text messages related to appointment scheduling.
All services described on the Site are advisory in nature. Engagement terms for specific advisory services are governed by separate service agreements.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or opt in to our SMS scheduling service. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
4. SMS Scheduling Program Terms
When you submit a consultation request and opt in to SMS communications, you agree to the following terms specific to our SMS scheduling program:
4.1 Program Description
The SecurityAndTrust.io SMS Scheduling Program sends text messages to help you select, confirm, and manage consultation appointments. Messages are sent from an AWS Pinpoint origination number registered for use by S&T Solutions LLC.
4.2 Consent
By checking the SMS opt-in box on our consultation request form, you provide your prior express written consent to receive SMS messages from S&T Solutions LLC at the phone number you provided. You confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number submitted. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.
4.3 Message Frequency and Content
Message frequency varies based on your scheduling activity. You will typically receive 2–5 messages per scheduling interaction. Messages may include available time slots, confirmation details, reminders, and cancellation or rescheduling notices.
4.4 Costs
Message and data rates may apply. S&T Solutions LLC does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging fees. Check with your carrier for details about your messaging plan.
4.5 Opt-Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. You may also opt out by contacting us at cam@securityandtrust.io.

4.7 Privacy
Your phone number and SMS consent information are governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, share, or rent your phone number or opt-in consent to third parties for marketing purposes.
4.8 Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site and our services only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law.
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site's infrastructure, including its servers, APIs, or databases.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Site except as permitted by our robots.txt file.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its connected systems.

7. Consultation Requests
Submitting a consultation request through the Site does not create a client relationship or service agreement. A formal engagement begins only when both parties execute a separate service agreement. We reserve the right to decline any consultation request at our sole discretion.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all content, services, and information provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute professional cybersecurity, legal, or compliance advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, S&T Solutions LLC and its members, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, our SMS scheduling service, or any information obtained through the Site, regardless of the theory of liability.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless S&T Solutions LLC, its members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
